berry smoothie bowl breakfast
Some days are better than others! When you have home office you can spend all the travel time relaxing at home in the morning, enjoying the quiet and some delicious breakfast like this strawberry-raspberry smoothie bowl.
I always start my day with a cup of hot water only, that's right, no lemon in there to kick-start my metabolism.
Then there comes the smoothie bowl - it is big enough to share! It has a bottom layer of chia-cocoa-almond milk pudding, followed by a frozen raspberries sorbet layer and topped with fresh berries, sesame tahini, and almonds.
A kiwi smoothie, a couple of fresh medjool dates, and some activated almonds complete this healthy and filling breakfast.
