happy watermelon day

In honour of watermelon day on 3 August, I decided to whip up this quick, but filling and gorgeous looking breakfast, consisting of
  • fresh fruit - watermelon, of course, flat peaches, and some local organic strawberries
  • a pumpernickel bread toast with peanut mousse (the healthier cousin of the peanut butter), hemp and flax seeds
  • mini chia puddings with almond milk and fruit
  • a glass of chlorella with lemon - actually this was the start of the breakfast (30min before eating) to allow my body to get rid of the toxins
