happy watermelon day
- fresh fruit - watermelon, of course, flat peaches, and some local organic strawberries
- a pumpernickel bread toast with peanut mousse (the healthier cousin of the peanut butter), hemp and flax seeds
- mini chia puddings with almond milk and fruit
- a glass of chlorella with lemon - actually this was the start of the breakfast (30min before eating) to allow my body to get rid of the toxins
